If the goods arrive damaged, we first find out who is responsible. Quality problems from the stone itself are paid by our factory. We can deduct the value from the payment or send replacements in the next order. Damage from container loading and unloading is paid by the freight forwarder. We accept third-party inspections. We do 100% inspection before packing. Bluestone sidewalk slabs come with a 1-year warranty for non-human damage. We support EXW and FOB. Payment is 30% deposit and 70% balance. You can mix different models in one order. Monthly capacity is 3,500 sets.
