Seamless One-Piece Slate for True Precision

This table uses a 23 mm thick one-piece natural bluestone slate. We use high-quality stone from Jiujiang and grind it four times. The flatness error is controlled within 0.08 mm. The entire slate is a single solid piece with no joints or gaps. The ball rolls smoothly without interruption, ensuring a highly accurate path. The cloth is imported high-density wool with a density of 950 g/m². It undergoes fine combing and constant-temperature setting, resulting in a smooth surface. The ball speed is consistent, and the rebound is stable.

The legs are made of 70×70 mm thick Q345 cold-rolled steel pipes. The surface is treated with rust removal, phosphating, and electrophoretic coating to prevent rust and moisture. The finish is smooth and resistant to deformation or loosening over time. This single-slate pool table remains stable and durable for years.

The frame is made of multi-layer solid wood board with five layers, each 12 mm thick. It is hot-pressed under high temperature and pressure, then precisely cut using CNC machinery. The joints are tight, with no odor or noise. The surface is finished with matte paint, making it resistant to water and stains.

The pockets are made of 4 mm thick brass-plated cowhide and are hand-stitched. The stitching is even and durable. The rebound sound is clear, and wear resistance is high. The rebound deviation is less than 0.3 cm.

The rail is made of 1.5 mm thick cold-rolled steel. It is bent, hardened, and finely polished. The rebound force meets professional competition standards.
