From Raw Bluestone to Finished Products: Complete Manufacturing Capability
Manufacturing control begins with the stone itself. Our production process covers raw material selection, stone cutting, dimensional processing, surface finishing, inspection, storage, and packing. With our own legally operated bluestone mine and a 20,000-square-meter production facility, we manage the entire lifecycle from raw material selection to finished goods. This setup supports billiard table slate, snooker table slate, bluestone slabs, steps, and customized architectural stone products.
Raw Material Control
Direct Quarry Access
Owning our bluestone mine allows us to select blocks based on structure, texture, and application requirements before processing begins.
Application-Driven Selection
Essential for billiard table slate and architectural elements to ensure structural integrity through cutting, thickness processing, and machining.
Production & Processing Workflow
Different applications require tailored processing sequences:
Stone Cutting
Sizing raw blocks into working dimensions.
Thickness Processing
Grinding to strict dimensional tolerances.
Surface Finishing
Achieving the required texture for playing surfaces or architectural use.
Machining
Executing pocket openings, mounting holes, and edge treatments based on CAD drawings.
Precision Quality Inspection
Dimensions
Length and width checked against approved specifications.
Thickness
Monitored to match table frames and installation structures.
Surface Condition
Inspected for flatness and finishing defects.
Machined Details
